What Is Catchball?
Catchball is a dynamic team sport for women, based on volleyball rules but with a unique twist: players catch and throw the ball instead of hitting it. It combines tactical thinking, agility, and incredible team spirit. Easy to learn, thrilling to master.
What started as a grassroots movement in Israel via the Mamanet Catchball League has evolved into a global sport spanning 40+ nations. With the strategic backing of USA Catchball and the International Catchball Federation (ICF), the sport is now rapidly expanding across the U.S., establishing a high-impact presence in major metropolitan hubs like the DMV.
